We retain your information for as long as:

• We have a service relationship with you
• Required by Australian law (typically 7 years for financial records)
• Necessary to handle disputes or enforce our agreements

After this period, we will securely delete or anonymise your information.

Our services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify clients of material changes via email and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
