The problem
Before, Cepeman had no website and no CRM. Clients and leads lived in a spreadsheet and in people's heads, so follow-ups depended on who remembered what.
What we built
A website and a CRM with an AI email assistant built in. It reads Cepeman's documents in OneDrive so every draft email is accurate, handles the mailbox, replies to incoming messages, schedules follow-ups and flags the next action on every client and lead.
The result
Every client and lead now has a status, a history and a next action, and the team gets regular updates on what needs attention.
