The problem
MYC ran every client and lead from a spreadsheet and memory. No website, no system, and nothing got followed up unless someone remembered to.
What we built
A new website and a full CRM with AI agents working inside it. The agents find new leads, score them against MYC's own criteria, track down the right contacts and enrich each record. Connected to MYC's OneDrive, they read the company's own documents to write accurate email drafts, read the inbox, answer replies and keep every follow-up on schedule.
The result
The team works from one place. Every lead, email and next action is tracked, and the CRM tells them what needs doing today and what comes next.
